This was the view from my bed just as I woke up today.

Notice the amount of ambient light as well as the fact that the clock doesn't read anything like 7:30.

How can you sleep so late? My body has somehow trained itself to wake up each day at 6:30am, regardless of when I go to sleep.

I see the other comments about how that is so late to sleep. It doesn't seem that way to me... but then again, I just got up today at a little before 5 PM. So, I could have a warped view of sleeping/waking times!
