Mocha Momma Memed Me
Tuesday, May 6, 2008
Kelly over there to the Mocha Momma blog
tagged me with a meme.
Normally, I'm not a big fan of meme tagging but I guess I'm just not in the mood to be anti-social. Maybe I'm just feeling the love from the blogosphere and I wanna give a little back. Get I get an amen?
The rules:
1) Link to the person who tagged you.
2) Post the rules on your blog.
3) Write six random things about yourself.
4) Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs.
5) Let each person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.
6) Let your tagger know when your entry is up.
Six rules. Six random things. Six tags. I like the awkward symmetry of that.
1) I don't get the big deal about ice cream. Never have. Never will. While I watch others gorge themselves with orgasmic glee about a brimming bowl of the stuff, I'm totally satisfied after two or three bites.
2) When I was six, while my younger brother and I were wrestling, I pulled down his pants and bit his penis. Hard. That is to say, I bit it hard. Err... with force.
3) Ben Affleck has an Oscar. OK, that's not about me but can you even fucking believe it? An Oscar. Ben Affleck.
4) I have appeared on stage wearing a felt sunflower singing "You Are My Sunshine". For which I was paid fifty dollars per performance. Suckas.
5) Despite the fact that I lived in Japan as a kid spoke a passable amount of Japanese I have NO IDEA what a Harajuku Girl is.
6) Clive Barnes, the New York Times theater critic once fell asleep during a show I was in during college. Honestly, I don't blame him. A comedy about the black plague? What were we thinking?
OK, fine, six random people... umm... Let's go with people I've never met or whose sites I've never even read before.
Deborah, Erin, Ozma, Surcie, Randall, Nutsy Fagan
I guess I better get to notifying everybody otherwise I might get six years of bad luck in the form of chain letters... or whatever.

Hah!
Thanks for the tag. I'm glad I found your blog...
My sense of sarcasm is glad, too...
You tagged me!
This is a brilliant way to get new readers to your blog.
Dude, I did this one about two posts ago. Go see! And then please leave me a witty comment (because I am digging your wit).
#3 = Hilarious. Nope, I can't believe it. He will never, ever get an Oscar for acting. In my meme, I mention another celeb who I think is way overrated. Wonder if you'll agree.
Meme. Meh?
Hi!
Got yer "meme notificaiton" on my blog just now. My question: if you don't know me and have never read my blog, then how the heck did you find it and decide to "meme" me?
I will meme it up in due course... first I have to think of 6 bloggers that I know.
MEME
The time has come for "all caps" which I only do when I'm PISSED.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT MEME IS, BUT WHENEVER THERE IS SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE ELSE IS DOING - AND I'M NOT PART OF IT - I GET HURT. I GET PISSED. THEN I GET EVEN.
But since there's no way to get even.............PLEEEEEEEASE meme me.
Neener Neener
It's so fun to watch your meme grow. Which is NOT anything lewd in nature at this time. Another time, maybe. We'll see how big...err..far and reaching this becomes.
It's great to meet new people, isn't it? More folks to pretend to like you.

Greetings.
Thanks for the tag and the visit to my place. Feel free to stop by any time.
Unfortunately, I'm about memed out. Stated differently, my life sucks and there's virtually nothing left of interest except stuff like, "I've reached the age where my nose and ear hairs are growing at the speed of light."
I have, however, taken an opportunity to read your blog and have enjoyed what I've read so far, especially the LDS entries. I like Utah a lot, but Jeez Louise, the LDS really call the shots out there. I come from a long line brewery workers and found it perplexing, navigating the byzantine network of Utah liquor laws.
Moab is nice, though.
Anyway, I shall return to read more in my copious free time.
Cheers.
(Oh, cute kids BTW.)
